Call to Action: Stop the AI provision in the Reconciliation bill

URGENT: Call to Action:

As soon as tomorrow, the Senate will be finalizing their Senate Reconciliation bill with an extremely dangerous provision that would ban states from regulating AI and automation for 10 years. This provision would allow AI and automation without any guardrails, worker protections or oversight. The long-term impacts to our jobs and our communities are real.

PLEASE CALL THESE SENATORS TODAY:

“Hi, my name is [YOUR NAME] and I’m a proud ILWU member from [CITY/STATE]. I’m calling to urge the Senator to oppose the AI/automation provision in the Senate reconciliation bill. This section poses a serious threat to our jobs, our communities, and the future of working families. I respectfully ask that the Senator stand with us and work to remove this harmful language from the final bill. Thank you.”
